Your payslip information is processed locally in your browser. This generator is provided as a document-generation tool. Users are responsible for entering accurate payroll information and verifying applicable Philippine payroll, tax, and contribution requirements. The generator does not automatically determine statutory contribution or tax amounts.

What is a payslip?

A payslip is a document an employer provides for each pay period, showing how an employee's pay was calculated. It typically includes company and employee details, the pay period, a breakdown of earnings, a breakdown of deductions, and the resulting net pay — the amount actually received.

Gross pay vs. net pay

Net Pay=Gross Pay− Total Deductions

Gross pay is the sum of every earning — basic salary, overtime, allowances, and anything else added. Net pay is what's left after subtracting every deduction — the amount that actually gets paid out.

What can I add to a payslip?

Earnings can include basic salary, overtime pay, holiday pay, night differential, allowances, commissions, bonuses, or any other custom earning you add. Deductions can include government contributions, withholding tax, loan repayments, or any other custom deduction. Every row is fully editable — change the description, amount, or remove it entirely.

Philippine payroll deductions

Philippine payslips commonly list SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and withholding tax as default deduction fields. This generator does not automatically calculate any of these amounts — enter them yourself. Automated Philippine payroll calculations are planned as a separate, dedicated calculator.

Important information

Your payslip information stays in your browser

This generator runs entirely client-side. Company and employee details, earnings, deductions, and any uploaded logo are processed locally and never sent to a server, database, or third-party service.

No account or sign-in required

Use the generator immediately — nothing is saved between visits, and there's no login, registration, or tracking required to create a payslip.

This is a document tool, not a payroll compliance system

SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and withholding tax are manual entry fields. This generator does not automatically determine statutory contribution or tax amounts — verify applicable Philippine payroll requirements yourself.

You're responsible for the accuracy of entered information

Double-check names, amounts, and dates before printing or sharing a payslip. This tool doesn't validate payroll figures against any external source.
